This program is designed to take internet marketers to an income level where they can quit their jobs and start focussing on their on line business. Stacker Formula is the buzz word in the internet marketing community for weeks now. Still, nobody knows exactly what it is or when it will be released.

Stacker Formula is becoming "The Talk Of The Town". Everybody is talking about it although nobody seems to know exactly what the program is about. A few days ago a sales page showed up on the internet, out of the blue, making the confusion even bigger. Seems like Eric Louviere, the creator of Stacker Formula, is drip feeding information - just like a genuine internet marketer is supposed to.

Frankly, that doesn't surprise me one bit. I'm in Eric Louviere's mentoring group since Spring 2007, the group that is mentioned in the sales letter. I like to think I know a little about how this man thinks and operates. And I'm sure he knows exactly what he's doing, how things will work out and when and how he's going to release Stacker Formula. He just doesn't tell. No, not even to us, his dedicated students.

So, nothing is for sure when it comes to Stacker Formula. But the buzz says the program has four pillars. Each of these pillars or modules, is designed to prepare members for a higher level. In experience, knowledge and income.

Module 1 is created to help internet marketers build a solid foundation, meaning a consistent and stable income. At the end of module 1 participants are supposed to make several hundred dollars per month. Not just to replace car payments or pay bills, but also to start outsourcing some tasks, creating leverage.

In module 2 the members will expand their on line income to levels that compete with most people's day-job-salaries. They'll do so with more advanced techniques but also by expanding the number of ways they are making money online.

In the inner circles of internet marketing, this is believed to be the biggest challenge for people starting in this business. Making a few hundred a month on line isn't considered to be all that hard. Making several hundreds consistently and expanding that income level to an average day-job-income, is a different ball game.

Module 3 is focussed even more on expanding on the results of module 2 and 3. Diversify your income seems to be the mantra. Expand your business and learn to think long term. It is at this point, where people will actually quit jobs and move to where they've always wanted to live.

Module 4 is for the elite. This is where the business owner has the capital and resources to outsource just about anything, while he manages form a birds eye view. Frankly, this last module is one only a few marketers will ever reach.

Only Eric Louviere knows when Stacker Formula will be released. It can be today, tomorrow, next week or even next month. Fact is, a growing number of marketers is looking forward to that day. To buy Stacker Formula, capitalizing on Eric Louviere's outstanding reputation, or to satisfy their curiosity on what this program is about.

Charles Chapron took part in one of Eric Louviere's early mentoring programs, back in Spring 2007. Being a member of that small but ambitious group of internet marketers, he was able to put together a Special Report called Tapping Eric's Brain. This report reveals Eric Louviere's unique approach of internet marketing. You can get a free copy of this report at Stacker Formula. Charles Chapron also published a short video on YouTube called Stacker Formula.

Types of Production Outsourcing KPI

Before moving on to discussing Production Outsourcing KPI, there is a need to define outsourcing. Outsourcing is a business strategy in which a company - called a client - dumps a task to another company - commonly termed as the Business Process Outsourcing company - and lets it handle the task on the client's behalf. For example, one company may think that it is too much of a hassle to hire people for employment. What this company does is to pay another company to handle the hiring process for them. They provide the BPO company with their specifications - employee background, educational attainment, skill set, etc. - and they pay the BPO company for their services.

This is applicable to many manufacturing industries that do not want to concentrate on the actual manufacturing of the goods. Many clients want to focus their energy on research - on developing their products to keep up with the changing times. Therefore, what these companies do is to contract a BPO company to do the actual manufacturing process while they research for newer things that will improve the product.

Off shoring, on the other hand, is a totally different thing but it is oftentimes confused with outsourcing. Off shoring is a business strategy in which a company builds its manufacturing plant or factory in a different country. The company still manages it, but only in a different country. This is normally done if the company wants to cut costs on labor and taxes. In reality, many manufacturers of famous brands of designer clothing, fast food, and even electronics, are doing this. Just look at the labels of your stuffs and you will see where these things are manufactured.

The first Key Performance Indicator that is always used in the outsourcing industry is productivity. In many cases, this is often called Service Level. There is a specified amount or number of products that need to be produced by the hour or every day. These numbers are checked against the expectation. Outsourcers or BPO companies must ensure that they meet the demands of the client because if they don't, the client is very likely to pull out and find another one who can complete the job based on it specifications.

Another common metric in the BPO Key Performance Indicator is Quality. Obviously, this is something that customers buy. Quality is also equated to brand name. It is for this reason that many people significantly prefer a brand for another. Clients are very specific about this and are very strict because they do not want a substandard output or product to be released to the market. What with all the warranties that they issue, they do not want to have any other extra expense because of poor quality. In many instances in the production outsourcing KPI, there are clients who may provide leniency to this. However, one should watch out since no client will find it acceptable to have products of poor quality based against their specifications. The more substandard output there is, the more money and resources are wasted.

If you are interested in production outsourcing kpi, check this web-site to learn more about production outsourcing roi.
